This class has been a client favorite! Alycia's signature advanced class taking you through 60 minutes of weights and intervals, hitting every muscle group while keeping your heart rate elevated for a TOTAL BURN!
High Intensity Interval Training-The name speaks for itself with this series we are hitting the deck and getting our mountain climbers going. Each class will vary but one thing we bring is the heat. High intensity cardio intervals. Get ready to jump, box, climb and have fun. Designed to tone your body & improve your endurance.
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Get in shape “Boot Camp” style!
Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Students will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.

Come and punch away your stress, get an intense workout, and feel empowered by the art of boxing. Train like a pro and increase your agility, core strength, endurance and power with the best all body workout. You will feel the burn with 3 minute intervals of focus mitt drills and combinations. No previous boxing experience necessary. Gloves are provided!
is an energetic, faster paced class that uses vinyasa, or movement connected with the breath, to invigorate the body and mind. This class is led in a non-heated room, and the specific postures practiced will vary from class to class with fun beats to move to. Each class, however, will begin with Sun Salutations, move on to a standing series to challenge strength and concentration, and conclude with a floor series to take students even deeper into their practice. Modifications and advanced variations will be taught depending on the needs and abilities of students. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Click for schedule.
Classes strengthen and tone all of the body's core muscles through targeted exercises. Mat Pilates classes challenge the student to focus on specific muscle groups, and, with practice, students will soon build tremendous core strength. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain, add an amazing new depth to yoga practice, and are an integral component of athletic performance as well as every day balance.
